Maybe a little cliche but I was pleased with the end result.
The orignal was over exposed but when your with a group that just don't get photography you've got to shoot and run ! I droped the temperature from the RAW into photoshop and salvaged the exposure then after deciding the black and white really complemented the shot I added a highpass overlay.
Fantastic. Your photographs are definitely improving. B+W really makes this pop.
